Quick update and some memes
Saturday, October 1st, 2005 03:30 pmOK, so I've tried to do this in rich text format a few times now, but it keeps shunting me to a screen that offers paid upgrades... Grrr... I'm a starving student on food stamps, like I can afford their idiot upgrades! So, because this agravating system is being ornery, you'll have to suffer through an big list of memes at the end of this post without benefit of LJcut. *glares at website*
*Big sigh* So, with that, I'm doing a quick update before I get back to what seems to be an endless, and irritating stream of homework. With luck I'll at least get my writing paper done before tomorrow, so I can sleep in past nine for a change! First off, I've decided to keep my western civ class. Yes, the teacher still sets me off at every other class, but as my mother pointed out, I won't always like all of my teachers, so I may as well learn to get through it now as any time. Besides, by getting it over with now, I won't have to see the woman again in my life after nine more weeks. Not to mention, if I manage to drag an A out of Ms. Tight Ass, then it's all the more deserved. As for my other classes, they're going just fine. I'm so busy that I'm falling asleep at night before actually finishing all of my reading, but so long as I manage to catch up this weekend and keep to my study schedule from now on, I should be OK.
I finally remember around 10 last night that Serenity is out. I'm hoping to get my homework done in time to go see it tomorrow evening. Hopefully an early evening show, so I can actually get up in the morning and be lucid. :P Maybe with Nikki? *Nudges Nikki* You're going with me, right? Please? You're boss would understand if you skipped work for this movie, I'm sure... cuz I can lock him in a closet for you. :D
Anyway, that's it for what little is going on in my overly scheduled life. So, here's the memes and I'll be signing off. Wish me luck in retaining what little sanity I have left.
